Namaste All,

Spontaneous 'noticing' would be a better phrase, for K is acive all
the time being the universal mind.

However depending on the amount of purification and development needed
so the proportion of experience of the cleansing prana.

I know that my interpretation of K activity is somewhat different than
many, but I have experienced since my childhood. When I entered on the
spiritual path it speeded up at first and then became smooth and
almost imperceptible.

I feel that if I hadn't have gone through a purification of body mind
and soul, the activity would have continued at a heavier level,
logically.

So if I have any advice it is to purify the body, and follow a
spiritual practice diligently, such as meditation and prayer. This has
the effect of lessening the manifestations eventually, and channeling
the prana...Having great manifestations just
indicates great cleansing of vibrations/samskaras......ONS......Tony.
