Dear Sean,

Often our minds get fixated on certain things, and the more we try to get rid
of the fixation, the more it tries to stay stuck in our brains. Like the
Ionesco's play *The Rhinoceros.* If we try not to think of the word
Rhinoceros, it becomes foremost in our minds! I tend to try to let these
thoughts simply pass by me, and consciously *relax* any built up tension.
Sooner or later, just as your thoughts seem to do, they pass into more
pleasant ones.
