I've been lurking on the board for a little while and have gained
such pleasure in seeing how freely everyone expresses & shares their
experiences *it's really quite beautiful* and I thank each and every
one of you for opening up! So, to give back a little... I've finally
experienced Mystress's grounding and it certainly feels like there is
universal energy flowing freely throughout me - *it's amazing*! I
bet it's *always* felt this glorious, I've just gotten caught,
forgetting to stop to count my blessings. After this learning
process, I felt like I wanted to devour mass amounts of food. I took
my banana and savagely bit into it like a wild monkey with great
ferocity! This act triggered my memory and reminded me that lately,
my apetite has been insatiable and I have NO control over it. This
troubles me, but when I invoke trust, I let go of the need
to "control" and all is fine. About 30 minutes after this, a call
came through and something set me off into a burst of laughter that
again, I could NOT control - I simply gave into the laughter and
delighted in my body convulsing with joy! My teachings today
reinforced my next process and have allowed me to TRUST! I send my
