Hi Siska,
   I'm new to this list but have practicing KY since '77. I am a student
of Yogiji.
Since '93 I've had problems with my sinus'. I have an awareness of the
problem being related to communication level regarding my feelings.
Whether it be relating my grief or sharing and feeling secure in my
feelings of attraction (sexual). I have noticed that my sinus' are
extraordinarily clear and vibrant when I am "turned on" and am owning it
and things degrade the further I get from that "turned on" state of
being.
    I found great relief in doing homeopathy. The treatment was so
effective that my outlook on life did a 180 degree turn. Occasionally I
backslide a bit and I know I have to be kind to myself and expressive in
my connections. Go to sappy movies and blubber a little.
