I would like to add my unique perspective on this being an American that was married to a Canadian for 3 years. I did
see the "I hate America" mentality from her family at times. The jokes alone, heh heh. I didn't take it personally. I just
realized that America, being the supposed big dog on the block, is going to piss off countries from time to time. That is
what seem to be remembered the most because it is the most talked about. A good Indian friend of mine, whom is an
American Permanent Resident, didn't like the way America forces its policy on other countries. I can appreciate his
viewpoint, but felt that many times the policy was for the greater good.

The recent events has had an effect on people in this country that may cause them to act in a way that they wouldn't
have previously. I am concerned about the patriotism that is being generated in the country. My concern is for the
innocents that will, yes will, be harmed in and out of this country.

I can not express enough that a detached view from what is going on is the only way to maintain ones balance and act
for the greater good. See the negative energy for what it is and counteract it or just plain don't accept it into your
space. Don't let others belief systems cause you to react negatively. See them for what they are and, as I have done,
chuckle.
