uh oh! can't you do it for even, say point 5 seconds?

i know at least some of you are doing it right now
or, at least trying. You're clever enough and smart enough and
posess a damn fine brain - you know this is a trick.

ah, yes, you kow tow to the brilliant concept of who you are
you are devoted - i Like that.

but why should you just shut the hell up for 5 seconds?
dunno, thought maybe you could try it. it Is fun to have it
totally quiet inside your head. trust me on this! ;-)

there is a gentle easiness to being alive.
in death there is glory.
you will not gain enlightenment without passionately seeking.
think of an ego burned-up in the joy of living.

is it not hard to bear up under the pressures of living?
at least at times it is.
and you find a comfortable balance somehow.
mixing laughter with tears, you go on.

how i love you for that!

nothing is left out.
every tear is counted, shed, and felt this moment.
nor will they be forgotten.
the one holds everything.
