Hello Sherri,

It is time to ground yourself. Lay in the grass, curl your fingers
into the dirt. Breathe deeply and give your energy to Mother Earth.

Sleep with a plant next to you tonight. Pet an animal, hug a tree.
Buy some sea salt from the market. Take a shower, clean and scrub
yourself good, watching your cares and concerns wash down the drain.
Then fill the bathtub with warm water, pour all the salt in and soak
for about 20 minutes.

The goal and the solution are one in the same. The best I can do in
my little corner of the world is to study and embody the practice of
peace.

My favorite mantra is "My heart beats with the peace of God."

When I go to bed at night I ask myself, "Was I kind today? Did I live
peace?"

Peaceful thoughts and dreams to you.
