Hi All,

As with all "simple" surveys and polls, the following report and results
blossomed into more than a simple overview for all three of us. Hillary,
Sharon, and Suzanne invited folks in their respective list groups to
participate in a "short-form" Myers-Briggs type questionnaire, and to share
results and immediate comments.

This following report is represented in 3 sections: General Background;
Results, Numbers and Comments; and Discussion, Requesting Feedback.

For the section Discussion, Requesting Feedback we ask any participant to
offer comments on the Background and Results. Those discussion comments
will be included as our collective report and this informal-formal survey
concluded. The Discussion will be the finale of this project.

We hope that you will take the time to go over the information offered by
65 total participants, and enjoy some of the nuances that these data and
"typing preferences and changing perspectives" may present to you and as a
member of these groups. Because we, the poll gatherers, may not catch
every comment incoming, discussed on our lists, we ask that you please send
a CC: of your comments and reflections to us directly, as well as to your
group, if you desire. If you do not wish for your comments to be included
in the final Discussion, please let us know. We will each keep a file of
our respective group's responses that we will combine in late
October. That commentary will comprise the remainder of the Discussion,
the finale of our report.

So, if you have any comments and insights on this poll/ survey, and/or
would like to do some more questing on the MBTI/ Temperament/ EHE
shifts, process, and interactions, etc. for yourself and group(s) data, we
will leave this report open ended until mid-late October. Reminders to the
groups will go out again in about a month. You can bypass this whole survey
by skipping any topic header of MBTI Poll.
