Hello Maria,

   There is no right way to meditation. The only right
meditation is the one that works for you. We are all
individuals and we get turned on by different things.
The key to a proper result of meditation is to be able
to enter the space between the thoughts. What you will
find there is NOTHING!! Absolutely nothing! But guess
what? In the nothing lies everything. It is in the
nothing that all of reality came to exist. The most
powerful force in the universe is the nothing. It is
the nothing that made the universe. In this nothing
lies all unmanifested desires and things not created
yet. It is you that can go there and take and make
anything you want!! ANYTHING!!!! Praise God!! We are
unbounded Maria!! There is nothing impossible. The
universe wants to give you everything! Even the whole
universe if thats what you want. Meditate, meditate,
meditate. Like Jesus Chirst said: "if thine eye be
single, your whole body will be filled with light". He
was referring to the third eye Maria. Go activate that
Pineal Gland!! Meditate, Meditate, Meditate!! Buddha
did this day and night and he became immortal. You can
