Dear Carol,

Welcome to the K list! Heat, "messages" and vibrations are all classic
Kundilini symptoms. You might try to visualize cooling energy where the heat
is, but I always feel the heat as curative. It may seem odd, but the energy
*does* seem to be intelligent as Susan mentioned. You can try asking the
energy to let up a bit to give you time to adjust. Other than that,
surrendering rather than fighting the energy is the best policy.
