In doing this don't allow your thoughts to dwell on why you are angry.  Just 
let the body feel the emotion.  If the emotion dies off before you feel it 
should, then try to get it back.  Don't do this by thinking of things that 
make you angry, instead just try to reconnect to the emotion.  This also 
works for feelings of apathy, fear, etc.  It's very relieving when one finds 
out that even though an emotion has manifested, you can still maintiain 
control of yourself and allow the energy to pass as it should.  So I guess I 
am saying, own the anger, let it happen and don't judge it.  Life goes much 
smoother when you can do this.
