 I recently learned and applied a method that may help you in understanding
 this occurrence. When you sense this other entity about allow him to be
 there. Feel him. When you feel comfortable open the palm of your left
hand
 and send him there. Mind tend to come in the form of cartoonish
characters.
 Once it is there ask it what its job is. No matter how outlandish it
sounds
 accept the response. Then move it to the right hand and give it a positive
 job. Also mention that it is to do this job quitely. That is very
 important. This was taught to me by someone who studied NLP. It is more
 effective that it looks. Doing this should quite this down and allow you
to
 work on other tasks.
