Hello, sat nam. I experience the same and if feels like I'm
about to separate from the physical to the
etheric...although my intention is only really to energize
my chakras for the moment I start to experience this deep
level <?_). I know it is good, this is entering deep
meditation right?...i guess my question really is is that
if i can still open/energize my chakras in this sleep
paralysis state. Thank u so much for anyone who can answer
this.
