Subject: [K-list] experience of non self

ego is an image something created not reality.
I can review this psychological physical process , but just want to mention
a few points.
The kundalini experienced is the Zen satori. There may be a million paths in
fact each full awakening though slightly different will have very common
characteristics. When the energy flows and the chakras open the ego is no
more , the fear of death upon which the human psychology rests is faced and
conquered.
The best way I can explain this state is that when I try to reflect upon a
self there is nothing to reflect upon.
The energy awakening is a different sense of being. Man/woman before
awakening needs the ego. Sometimes life's circumstances bring one to the
point to the awakening. The parodox is that this very subject is threatening
to the ego, and the tendancy is to create some reality usually very clever
and intelligent instead of going to the source of our problem. We become
learned scholars or gifted con guru types and gain ego satisfaction.Anyways
just a bit of rambling on.
