Yes, that is what it is. You have to make the merkaba vehicle. I haven't
looked at the meditation yet, so I don't know what it is.
My problem is that I heard you have to do these eye movements to help the
brain, to cross the hemispheres or something, and I can't. But I'm afraid
that if I don't, I won't be able to do Merkaba right.
