Hello out there,
I would really like some help with some questions about my spiritual
experiences.
I have had grand mal epilepsy since I was 12/13 and I have always felt that
in some way
it was connected to some out of body experiences and kundalini/ other
reality experiences
 that I have had. A number of my obe have been the most horrible moments of
my life. Is
this normal? I always thought that these things were meant to be fluffy
lovely spiritual
moments, but they just leave me feeling that I have no control over my
physical or
spiritual life.
