A warm welcome to the K-list! :)) I think you will feel very much at home
here! Severe abuse in childhood is a quite common "trigger" to Kundalini,
and there are many here who have also suffered horribly. [See

There are also multiple personalities here and those who have spoken in
unknown languages. I hope being here will make you a little less lonely as
it has for so many of us!
