<<Crying is healing. Crying is surrender to what is, letting go, acceptance... Crying can bring about resolve.

I cannot cry. Have been trying to get to the deep sobbing place for years now. Know there is stuff locked inside me. Even now, with my friend's illness, and other things. Tears will well up in my eyes when I'm not expecting it, but it's like my chest and gut are so tightly bound by some over-protective emotional armor, I can release all the sorrow and pain in my emotional guts.

Intellectually, I know all the psychological narratives that come from being in therapy for years, but emotionally, I've never been able to just let them come stomping nakedly out so I can get clear.

I'm so tired of this stupid armor, and I don't know how to crack it.
