Hello,
Okay, about the music thing. i have something. Okay, here it is, and you
decide.
I play the piano, and every time I play a song on the piano, my consciousness
goes somewhere else and I don't know what is going on. if someone would
let's call it wake me up, I wouldn't know where i was in the song. You could
say I memorized it very well, but I don't know what it is. All I know is
that I am thinking about other things, in fact, I could probably meditate for
a short time while playing the piano. i fonly that had really really long.
It would be the perfect meditation tool!
