Dear Kimberly,

Up until this thyroid thing, for years, I had an excellent visualization for
loosing weight and it was effortlessly along those faith healer paths...
Fasting was effortless, and visualizing fat cells evaporating into
themselves, like inverted socks... but the whole thing was like being
carressed with self the same way you would squeeze a tube of toothpaste, in a
love carress, while visualizing the cell inversions, and bliss during
fasting. The first 30 days was 30 pounds, then the next 30 days was 10, and
3-4 lbs per month after that unless I worked out, then it was double.
