Hi,

I don't know where some of you live but for me it isn't easy at all to live
my emotions... I am forced to live most of my emotions alone during meditation
while it could be more useful to live them with the people that aroused them.
The problem is that again there is a "code" for the people playing a game, a
code for perverting emotions, a code that make them think they are angry when
they repress anger, think they are living love when they are just fleeing
reality, think they have compassion while they are just playing a role to trick
their guilt or bad conscience.

This code of repression is well alive, and especially in places like this
list where it curiously should be the less.

When somebody says that he feels it seems to be something missing, that he
can never put his finger on it, that is a description of a couple of emotions.
He can not name them, but he sure live them if he can talk about them and
describe them.

When another one come and, after giving a good looking intro, says with
condescendance and complaisance "Why don't you start living your emotions,
instead of discussing the limitations to express them?" I clearly see he is
full of shit.

He was starting to live them, and this clever asshole who's got the answer
just made what he thinks he is never going to do: repress a talking soul. He
is just like so many "therapists" I saw and thought they had it all while they
were agravating the condition of their clients.

Emotions are the language of the soul, are energy, and in this domain it is
never clean and kind. An emotion can not be put in a box to fit the other's
expectations. One of the most difficult thing is to correctly name them, but
it is not necessary until a stupid jerk comes and try to say you are not living
this, but that... Interpretation kills...

I am sick of all these stupid ignorants that contribute to make this list a
joke.
