Who knows, or has experience with getting the amrita nectar to flow
from whatever center in the brain it comes from? Is Kechari mudra
required? Does the tongue have to go all the way down the throat
behind the palate or no?....I am interested in all 'siddhis' related
to improving my health...any other meditative/spiritual techniques
would be appreciated.
