Dear Jason,

Welcome! :)) good questions! Personally, I think it really depends on the
person. Perhaps it also depends on our ages. At 60 it makes more sense that
one is in a quieter, more reflective time of life. Of course some of the
eastern philosophies suggest there are certain time periods for certain
activities--i.e. raising a family during early years, etc. --and I think this
makes some sense. On the other hand, one doesn't argue with Kundalini! LOL.
 She will do what she will do no matter what our ages! And it is best not to
try to fight that with what we think is a "common" sense approach!
