    Any way you believe in, will work. Faith is the mustard seed.. Jeanne
used to the Tummo fire to burn mine up. Set the fire under them, and as
they melted the dripping symbol fueled the flames.. like they were made of
wax, or something.

   Faith method:

    "Goddess please take all symbols, implants, ineffective agreements,
vows or intentions from me, they are Yours. Burn them up, revoke them,
neutralize them as You see fit, in top down fashion from point of origin,
and replace then with Your light and grace. Thank you very much!" Distract
yourself from your intention, and breathe.
    You could ask your Angels to clear them, too.

   Individual method:

   Imagine you are standing 3 feet behind yourself, so you can see yourself
from the back. Ask to be shown any symbols, implants, etc. Usually they
will show up one at a time so you can remove them in an orderly
fashion. Imagine them burning up, or imagine yourself reaching into
yourself to remove them and hand them over to your Guardian angel or Buddha
self, candle flame..whatever.
