I already have a copy of your book.. I printed it up to send to
Llewellyn, remember?

Who said it isn't? I'm not the one promoting vipsanna.

Yup.. pretty much what I always say. Best use of free will is to
surrender free will. But then, I guess you have never read my Fire Serpent
Tantra course.. well, I never read all of your book, either...;P :)

At present I'm writing 3 books.

Ever visited the "end of the Rope Ranch" list? Judi hates self improvers..

That is pretty much what I say, in the next paragraph that you snipped.

Perhaps he could get some pointers on good manners from it. Funny how I
am able to express it in a way that it is easily digestible and does not
spark reflexive flaming resistance. Diplomacy is an art worth mastering.

Yup. The reiki symbols are painted over the chakras, to direct how the
energy flows with "good intentions."

Jeanne is a sweet lady, and a dear friend. She is much more experienced
with Reiki than me. Too experienced, in a way.. I did some work to peel
away several ineffective initiations off her. I asked her what she thought
she would get from them, that Goddess would not provide? She went "Bingo!"
That was what her own guidance had been trying to tell her, but the message
had not come through clearly till I expressed it so.

The guy who gave me 1st degree was kind of a sad being, but I had
sympathy for him, so I accepted his barter. Gotta be careful with that
sympathy stuff..

>It's only fair of her to return you to your original state. :)))

The second degree symbols that she had applied were not a problem, I
didn't notice them at all. Perhaps because my Higher Self would not let
them stick.. the higher purpose was not to initiate me, but to show her a
better way of working with energy.

>How the hell does she manage to have influence on your system, when you
>gave her the ability to use the bloody energy for it in the first place??

Because I allow it. Consent. She served me by melting the 1st degree
symbols away.

>Oh well, if you did clear it yourself she wouldn't have learned the "new
>and improved reiki", so I guess it's just a strange way to initiate a
>"reiki master". :)

Exactly so.. except the stuff she got from my higher self isn't reiki..
she did not understand that until the mastery initiation. It is Tummo fire.

>I guess so. :) Don't let this guy wash your dishes, tho. ;)

Haven't seen him in years.. he was sent to me by his psychiatrist for a
spanking. He was obsessed with being spanked, and psychiatrists are not
allowed to spank their patients. That was back in.. 1996? Earlier..

Always so cynical. Don't you ever get tired of it? I sure do..

The initiation activated a subsidiary chakra center in my sacrum that
related to feeling like you belong on the planet, in the tribe. Usually
this center is activated when the baby first straightens its legs to push
out of the womb. I was born backwards so it had had not been activated, and
my other efforts to activate it didn't work. The High Priestess initiation
did the trick.
Pretty intense, I had to be helped up off the floor after the ritual.

> You also liked
>the energy work and this stuff gave you the aliby.

I already had the ability. I've been moving energy since I was 14 years
old. The ritual was lovely, tho. No regrets.

> You, yourself told me
>that other witches that you know are a bunch of limited folks with strange
>explanations for what you manage to do. C'mon.

I got a very pretty apology for those misguided incidents.. was asked
to be chairman of the board for that particular event last year. Declined,
too busy..

Most of them are limited.. although in the higher degrees, there is
more surrender... in the early degrees they are just beginning to learn
that magic works. Building faith in their own ability, through
experimenting with the power of free will and discovering how their
thoughts affect their reality. Diminishing the "rational" western mind that
says magic and miracles are impossible. Have to have an ego, to have an
ego to surrender.
Wicca and pagan stuff has no single ideology. Part of the essence,
ideology is that it is whatever the individual makes of it. No dogmatic
hierarchies, except for the practical purposes of teaching and ritual. For
most, it is a hybrid of whatever the individual finds useful.
I still enjoy the company of pagans. Beltane was fun! We danced the
Maypole and serenaded the moon, jumped the Baelfire. I appreciate how
pagans celebrate the gift of life by enjoying it.. dancing, feasting,
drumming, having sex, celebrating the beauty of nature as Goddess manifest.

I prefer the company of people who treat me with love and respect,
:) even if I do not wholly agree with their philosophy.
I'll try to find you a copy of the charge of the Goddess.. it speaks of
how Goddess can only be found within, and how the finding results in being
free from need. I think it would surprise you.

There are some archaeological scholars that suggest that the Eastern
religion was actually derived from Celtic beliefs. Both have a Goddess
Tara, and the Celts were travelling the world long before anyone knew. Saw
a very kewl special on Discovery channel the other night, about some 5000
year old, wheel using, tartan wearing caucasion mummies that were found in
a desert in China. It was a repeat, I have seen it before but it was a
pleasure to watch it again. There is quite a lot of information about this
on the web; unfortunately much of it has been hijacked and distorted for
use as a propaganda tool of white supremacists.. ick.. so you have to read
with discernment.

    Showing is not projecting.

Of course.. but Karma was not the central topic of this post.

> Every situation that makes you

Pretty much what I said in the opening paragraphs.. reiki=action=karma,
vipassana= inaction=dharma.. or less action, at least.. inaction is not
really possible... and arguably, since there is nothing that is not Divine
Will, Dharma is All.

>By activities we learn, and activities and

>These bonus points _are_ the karmic feedback. :)

Yes, but they are filtered through a higher level.. vertical, not
horizontal. Much more pleasant than the feedback of projecting energy. I
finally got some of my excessive empathy under control when I stopped. Once
I thought to look, I was amazed at how many people I was supporting with my
energy.. and getting emotional karmic junk from, in return. People who had
asked for my support in some way, over the years. People who had asked for
my Love, energy, blessings, light.. they all had a piece of me and I was
getting feedback of emotional chaos in return.
Much more peaceful around here since.

>
>Yes, well, the end result is supposed to be that, we should, in our
>actions, thoughts, entire being etc. embody the Divine, by constantly
>choosing the Divine over the illusion.

yup, sure.. but I still revert to the hierarchies when doing some
work.. stuff flows better. When my energy system is completely clear, I am
Goddess.. but if I take on some stuff, or attach to something, then there
is separation again, so it makes sense to surrender to the existence of
separation in the Now, and move stuff vertically via surrender till I am
unified again.
When I am Goddess, free will is not an issue, there is silence in my
mind.. acting without thinking. When there is some noise, then I use the
thinking to surrender the thinking.

>Always the choice. I actually saw
>the guys who repeatedly choose the illusion, claiming that they choose God.
>Good religious folks they are. Brr, vade retro satanas. :)

Life may be an illusion, but a pleasant one, for sure.. my life, at least.

>:PPPP :)))

   Likewise.

>Gee, I mean wow, you still can write loooooooong posts,

These days, mostly when I'm avoiding doing something else.. in this
case, making a new bed for druid's yacht.. cutting foam, sewing upholstery..
Well, best get back to it.
Blessings..
