Yes ..

because, unless it has been made very wrong,
it is about the only thing left for woman
that flows spontaneously
with the natural cycle of life ..

PMS can, in many cases,
be traced back to the experience of first period
so that the K movement with the onset of each
subsequent cycle triggers the remembering of the first experience
which the mind unconsciously tries to shut down ..
leading to cramping .. etc etc ...

Natural Birth is a K experience also ..
and many do not understand that the depression
which follows birth for some
is the release of stored patterns
