Well, in my personal processing,
when I get sequences happening like this,
  I look real hard in the mirror
  to see what issues I am putting out
  that are causing me to attract this sort of thing to me ..

because, I've found out the hard way
that if I don't look at the issues
when they are first presented to me

the mirror gets brighter next time
and the hits are harder ...

and I've also found out

  that our children are the greatest gift we can give ourselves
  because they are the perfect mirror
  of everything we don't want to look at ..

Oh .. and btw ...

I do not consider myself an expert .. maybe the mirror is working overtime ..

ex .. is a "has been"
spurt .. is a "drip under pressure"
