    Anything you want to do, there are many ways to do it. Depends on your
individual resonance and what type of blockage you are dealing with.
Mantras, colors, aromatherapy, entiry removal, karma clearing excercises..
    Simplest is to imagine an arc-welding bright light inside your spine at
each chakra, burning out the debris and blowing it clean. Afterwards,
imagine your whole body in a tornado blowing counter-clock wise in an
upward spiral.
