When I went through my K thingy, everything changed for me, physically, but
after the strange-o symptoms (ie jolts and volts and flashes etc etc) I was
left with super health. It is so delight-full! Like, everything
re-proportioned without effort --- no more fretting about weight. I got
very strong, can do cartwheels again, climb trees, and my hair got shiny and
nice again. I haven't been sick for 6 years now - not even a headache.
Docs validated things - like when I had my vision test, cause my glasses
were suddenly blurring things, the doc seemed pretty floored, as my eyes had
improved a lot. _He_ seriously asked _me_ what I had been doing! <g>

I didn't intentionally change any habits... Things just changed on their
own. My weight is always the same now, right where it is perfect for me.
Energy is always available. I believe it was my thinking that did it, as I
just acknowledged my perfection and so it was.

So why I wrote this is to say that CW does say some things that ring true to
me, though in a very clinical and rather dogmatic fashion. I don't see
things set in stone the way CW does... I don't see things so
compartmentalized. I do feel that some of things CW writes have the ring of
truth behind them. His spiral cellular post was one I particularly liked.
Counter-clockwise spiraling played a huge part in my own personal
experience. The spiraling was constantly with me and in me during that
time, like all my reality was spiraling counter-clockwise...

I joined this list to understand what happened to me 6 years ago. It
happened spontaneously, with no conscious prep or motivation. I delight in
many of the validations of my own experience that I read here. Like when I
was invisible in stores and on the boardwalk. :-)

But anyway, re Big Butts - I do feel that there is no division between
mind/body/spirit and that the unity of perfection/balance might be more
apparent than we are inclined to admit. This might anger some, as it is not
real PC...

CW - you write a lot here, but never say who you are. Have you found your
perfection? We all are perfect, you know. We just must know. K-NOW.
