Pick up a pen and paper .. sit quietly .. and ask the child to write
through your hand .. ask her what she wants to tell you ..

and when you do this, allow the words to come as they will without
any censoring from your mind as to what should or should not be
said by her ..

it might take a few goes for the two of you to develop a trust in each
other .. and an open communication.

The end result of this process is an assimilation of the child into
your being .. with the child allowed by you (as mother figure) to
grow up ..

the child creating all hell around it, and your response to this
is a common reflection of the dynamic which exists between
a parental figure and child.

I say parental figure, because sometimes the person of issue
may not be the mother or father that the child knows ..

if you want to try this, you are welcome to keep in touch and I am
happy to walk you through this process until you can do it for
yourself at any time.

This is also a neat way of dealing with troublesome unconscious
archetypes ..

  to let the loose with a pen so they can tell you why
  they are causing problems for you ..

and

  assimilation within the whole is far better than trying to
  get rid of them because what you get rid of is the idea
  or the thought .. whilst the physiological patters stay
  with you in the cellular patterning.

  assimilation allows a healing of the cellular patterning
  much like erasing pencil writing on a piece of paper
