Sherman, your words remind me of that old saying, "which came first the
chicken or the egg."
For the sake of words, both the past and the future nullify each other in the
big picture. To hang onto a future, or a past for that matter, clearly
misses the now. However, for the readers here, I can assure you that
resolving old issues and conflicts, (which does take some focus on the past)
with a gentle approach of remembering, does allow life its chance for free
motion..
