Dear Jeff,

Two things:

1. It sounds like you have never had a reaction to 5HTP before. Have you
always taken the 200mg at once in the morning (rather than 100mg 2x a day)?
Have you ever had a minor "reaction" to the drug, holding the drug, or even
thinking about the drug?

(I ask this because every time I pick up a bottle of 5HTP or hold pills in
my hand, my body tells me quite clearly that I am NOT to be taking the
stuff: gut tensioning and heightened body agitation.)

2. What you described sounds like some sort of energy release...
particularly the following words:

>my thoughts drifted to a flowing of sexual energy. i
>stopped thinking about it soon enough.

A pattern of energy holding may have been touched upon. Exactly what was
your body doing at the moment these thoughts, which I sense seemed
anachronistic to you, surfaced? What did your body feel like as these
thoughts moved through you? What were the positions? The movements?

>5 minutes later i felt an
>extremey stromg and disturbing energy in my gut.

What was the shape of this energy? Where, exactly, was it located? Did it
move? Change shape? Where did it go?

>my body temp raised to about 104 in
>about 3 minutes and i was sweating profusely.

This would have been the moment of energy unfolding or richocheting back
out from the nesting point. Heat is energy. How did the heat build? What
was the "shape" of the building? What was going on with your gut at this
time?

>i ate two bites, and had
>to immediatly, and violently, vomit over and over again.

Energy has many ways of leaving us... through orifices of all sorts.
Vomitting is quite appropriate. Perhaps it wasn't the bagel you "ate".

>2 minutes
>later, my entire body, but mainly my linbs, were stringly tingling and
>vibrating and the body heat left just as soon.

I'm guessing that your body temperature lowered dramatically before
returning to normal. Were you experiencing noodle body? A liberated
weakness? "Emptiness" anywhere?

>my body felt relaxed the
>rest of the day despite many emotional and psychological tornados that
>seemed to have risen. i had a headache the rest of the day but ended by
>days end.

Sounds like processing and smoothing out of disruptions (headache).

3. :) Jeff, thanks for sharing that with us. For some reason, I'm really
getting an urge to reach out and hug ya. What a wonderful access you have
had... enjoy it, be grateful for it... it was a gift.

K-rising experience? Somato-emotional release? Energy restructuring? It's
fruitless to seek out the labels from others... your Body knows, and it
doesn't care what we call it. :)

peace and health,
Nina
