Keeps us apart from our broher and our sister.
Sets God upon a pedestal.

How the good gods and demons wild do fear Man
Whose belief may waver like a wind blown tree.
On thier own, great gods and demons fierce have no power to be;
So love your gentle gods and treat your dancing demons well,
Without your belief there are no homes for gods or demons to dwell.

I believe in the Almighty Eternal One.
It believes in me.
Without this mutual belief
So sure, so strong,
Who could sing, who would hear
The Infinite Celestial song?

Drop belief and be
In this ordinary life
You are Buddha
You are Christ

When belief is dropped what is left?
The greatest treasure, precious life.
