 Yup. Responsibility=ability to respond. As distinct from reacting:
re-acting.. acting again as you did before, from the karmic patterns of the
past.

On a magical level, accepting responsibility is accepting the power to
change things. The one who takes the most responsibility, wins.
    There is a rather odd website from a perhaps insane sexist guy, with an
enormous course in remote viewing, handling psychic attack, etc.. that
