You wrote so well: (may I add some numbers and some additional words?)
How about pleasure centers:
7 From the bliss of Cosmic union,
6 to the joys of intellectual thought,
5 pleasures of communication and creativity,
4 Love (of course!) and compassion,
3 pleasures of food,
2 of sex, (creativity, pro-creativity, recreativity as in recreation,
re-creativity as in healing)
1 of elimination (alimentary tract really: tight lipped-tight assed.)

When the these seven aspects are re-integrated... all around bliss is
recovered... eh... re-discovered, really. Not the 'so so pleasures' that we
tend(ed) to look for, but unconditional god-given, self-emanating bliss from
which everything arises.

We could expand on the 'sat chit ananda' trio a bit (no sacred cows here),
something like: 'sat shakti tapas bhava nada chit ananda'.

Various yogas tend to focus on one of the seven layers, ideally one goes
through all...
1 Karma yoga (kar=putting together, harmonizing through work, ora et
labora.)
2 Hatha yoga (ha=sun=pingala, tha=moon=ida, masculine-feminine
integration, als psycho-somatic balance.)
3 Tantra yoga (tan=expand, tra=liberate.)
4 Bhakti yoga (bhava=devotion, love.)
5 Nada yoga (nada=sound=vibration?, mantra man=thought, tra=liberate.)
6 Jnana yoga (using mantra and yantra, yantra yan=form, tra=liberate.)
7 Raja Yoga (Royal yoga, liberating the mind.)

Using:
Tantra as the most effective method,
Mantra as the most effective words,
Yantra as the most effective symbolism
Nada as the most effective vibrations (mostly sounds)
so that we will be again:

SO HAM
I'm he
or
SA HAM
I'm she
or
I'm my own SELF, all in one, one in all..

I
AM
THIS
etc.

Granted I did simplify this a bit to force it into shape, but it playfully
conforms to Sri Aurobindo's views on integral yoga.

Love
