What a big experience to try to condense into the limitations of
words! Whatever I say here and now I probably would say in a different way
at another time.

I have a difficult time differentiating between kundalini and consciousness
and spiritual awakening. For me they have all been intertwined. I would
say that one of the first steps was to become conscious of running my own
energy and learning about grounding. Also meditation was a key
factor. What I found was that it didn't matter so much what kind of
practice I did (or do) so long as there is a practice being done.

I learned to follow my process and allow it to unfold within me. I forget
at times but I look to the universe to remind me. Am I K-awakened? I
don't know. It seems the more I know, the more there is to know.

I also took Kundalini Meditation and Yoga classes for a year or so. I
especially was fond of the chanting of mantras. Did they help me to raise
my kundalini? I don't know. I became more attuned to my energy bodies,
but I am but a novice.

For me kundalini is a process rather than an event in and of itself. It is
the living presence which is unleased in one's life.

There's so much more that could be said, but this is enough for now.
