Dear Nori,

One of the very first questions I asked was "Why Me?"--an agnostic who was
somewhat hostile to anything that smacked of "spirituality." It seems to be
a common question! I think love has something to do with it. :))

What ever it is :) It seems to be what founded all the world's religions.

  I had gotten back into Hatha Yoga in Sept. of 1996 and shortly after began
to experience energy "rushes." The first one I remember was simply sitting
at a computer. I continue to get mild "zaps" up the spine, and continue to
wake up several times a night with powerful energy surges--many of them
ecstatic/blissful. The "voices" I used to "hear" with mystical
"understandings" have pretty much gone away.

I'm wondering how it came about for you too! And what is causing your
"freakin" comment. Many of us have experienced quite "bizarre" activities!
