a pulse runs vertically through solar plexus
wah wah wah 18 times in 15 seconds

waiting

pulse thickens, expands, rolling fully throughout
entire body moves with this pulse

no- body is still

the pulse surrounds body

surrounding matter informed by pulse
surrounding matter thickens, expands, rolls

pulse pushing and pulling all
pressing together
loosening out

pulse is body is not body
