It strikes me as a graced moment. I wouldn't avoid it.
A healing is taking place. The class enviromnent
increases the energy available to you. If the class is
a safe environment (they can just let you be, without
trying to fix you) I would encourage you to stay with
it. Keep your attention on the body and let the tears
flow.

Notice the thoughts that arise in the background, but
keep the attention on the body and what it's feeling.
Don't be to focused on doing the asana correctly. Just
get in the ballpark and follow the body's wisdom.

Eventually all asanas will be spontaneous and come
from within-- wu wei, non-doing. This is what you are
approaching. Let it be.
