This case is not necessarily genetic
but can be explained through
  soul fragmentation - past lives
  access to Universal Mind and ego based
   imagination.

Genetic memories are very specific ..
  and in my work, I have had to rule out
  all other possibilities ..

  and there are methods I have devised which
  narrow the possibilities considerably.

It is a little difficult to have a past life memory
when the other person is still alive .. which was the
point in the case history quoted ..
