Hello,

   After posting and signing off yesterday I went into another room
and sat in the dark looking out the window. I noticed Red specks this
time in my viewing field. Then a big red spot opened in the
atmosphere toward the left side of me. I then felt this flash of
heat thought my body. Felt like the heat you sometimes might feel
when feeling scared.

   I began to feel that good feeling in my lower spine. It started to
pump its way up. An inner orgasm moving up the spine and my body was
jerking in rhythm to that. It stop somewhere between my shoulder's
But when it was happening I started thinking of what I was reading
the other day about Gopi Krishna'. I don't think I should be reading
stuff like that. Cause I was thinking of those spirits he mentions
floating around him. Ugly and stuff. hehe Scared me.

   But really I think the red spots opening in the air, the image of
the scary faces, the pumping are the same as the image I believe
myself to be. The view is as unreal as the one who is viewing. the
one who's afraid and the things he thinks he's afraid of. one and
the same. Neither exist. Keeping this in mind it helps with me with
letting go.

Im Thankful for a place like this to express and exchange thoughts
and feelings when needed.
