If anyone else wants to volunteer, that would be great.. there are an
awful lot of archives! I'm also wondering.. does anyone else have archives
of the list from before we moved to onelist? Especially from late
1996-early 1997. Looking over my archive files last night while chopping
the files into smaller bits, I discovered I have a few holes from before I
started keeping archives, and from occasional computer crashes. Probably
doesn't matter.. what I have, is plenty!
Also thanks to Simon for suggesting outlook 2000 could possibly convert
them to html automatically.. I don't have that program, so I don't know if
it would work.. in any case, somebody would still have to go through the
archives and delete the second part of everybody's email address so the
spammer's robots cannot harvest the addresses. I might be able to do it
with Homesite's search and replace feature.. not sure.
