I've been fooled by my feelings often enough; I should've learned
long before now. It's very disorienting -to lose them all- when
you're whole life has been led around by unbridled-out of control
emotions/feelings, though.
[Down the street from me is a tavern that I stop in for supper from
time to time. The people there are for the most part just folks. I
didn't make any close friends there. However, when I mentioned that I
would be moving to another state, they all started talking about how
much they will miss me. I just laughed! "You mean the wierd guy who
just sits at the corner of the bar, drinking a beer, eating, and
playing the video game?", I asked. They said that whenever I walk in
they just feel better!]
Yeah i've been there too. When I was 16 I left my High School for
another. I didn't think anyone would notice really - about like your
tavern. About 4 years later, I run into someone from my old High
School. She said, "Where have you been??!" I told her, and then she
said, "...Everyone was wondering where you went..... You just up and
disappeared!.... I missed you in Algebra....lalalalala" Surprising
what other's think of you, when you put aside your own judgements of
yourself. (**I need to remember this myself**)
