Subject: [K-list] Question: Seeing vs Living Emotion

Question: Please.....

I actually am beginning to "get" on a new level, the very
subtle difference between emotion and feeling.

I have understood and felt, both emotionally and intellectually,
the part that history plays in emotion, and been able to separate
that from the current feeling in the now, as I design my life
experience thru embracing and invitation of the unknown as a mainstay.

I 'feel' I am on the verge of stepping outside of the emotion, and 'seeing'
it differently, meaning that I 'know' I will no longer be led by emotion.
But simply use it differently, somehow.

Clarifying, that emotion is not a negative factor, just another form
of light, simply, I am having
a new understanding of its role. Somehow stepping aside from it.
As you can see, I am attempting clarity as I write......knowing I am
on the verge of new understanding, but even furthering, seeing it more
so than living it. (Yes, thats it.....I am beginning to 'see' it more,
than 'live' it, and I am understanding what that means).

So My Question is: Has anyone here have something to offer for
further clarity on this, that possibly they have experienced?
