Namaste!

I happened to meet a pranic healer last week. I told him how i was very
interesed in awakening my kundalini. Then he told me to close my eyes & as
i was doing the grounding technique, he was cleansing my chakras & with
good faith he asked Mother Kundalini to awaken. Then i felt my muladhara &
the crown chakra being pulled upwards. While it was being pulled he told me
to get up so i had to get up without ending the episode. I would have
wished to continue it to see the the end but !!!!!!----- in vain !!!!!

This was on the full moon day. For the next few days i tried the same thing
but nothing materialised. I am meditating for the past so many years but
that was the 1st time i felt both the chakras simultaneously.

How do i get back to the same state? What was that i felt? Should i go back
to the pranic healer for assistance?

I would be very gratefull for any help.
