What follows carries on from a post to Susan which I will just copy here:
To Susan:
I am very aware of female ejaculate, know the reality of it full well :-),
in one of my relationships.
I do not think that the female ejaculate is the same as amrita... If
anything (and my opinion more and more goes that way) it may be the liquid
that eventually contributes to Amrita, just like in me some part of the
semen does as it gets glandularly transformed and transported up the central
spinal canal as additional cerebro spinal fluid which eventually exudes from
the third ventricle in the head as amrita or nectar. Much old yoga
literature refers to the physical dynamics of this (Sushumna, Ida, Pingala)
To Jan:
The cerebro spinal fluid is also in the meninges, the double walled sack
that holds the brain, and at some points from the meninges it gets
transported to the various ventricles in the brain. There is a fluid inside
the pineal gland that is the same as the CSF but more crystalline (it can
actually turn into a calcite crystal) I saw the one that was supposed to be
the Buddha's when I was in Hong Kong last year.
Anyway I have the feeling that what you refer to is the nectar flow as well,
just spotted in another physical location inside ourselves.
It is even more wonderful... this liquid at some points can also leak from
the Central Spinal Column and seeps along the nerves membranes throughout
the body in minute amounts... now that is glory... that is fire that is like
that picture of one Hildegard of Bingen's visions.
No worry. ;-) it will happen to all of us sooner or later... Sooner
actually, for many people the moment of our passing away can be such an
energetic moment.
BTW when a yogi or Zen master gets cremated they sometimes look for that
crystal in his/her ashes.
All to do with what I call the Star of David (however CW explains that) or
what some see as the Sri Yantra.
