Not everything is 100% willed into being by subconsious or previous
'patterns' being held in one's 'system'.

To explain this is simple. The void, is that which everything came from.
Nothing/Everything.
As we said before this is lent form by the persona, the ego. Everything is
modulated by the persona.
It is CHAOS unbridled. In which that Chaos there may be some residue such as
the memory of one's
rebirth or what happenend before that or a memory of the bardo experiance.

But the persona, the ego, the individual has liberated Chaos by being so.

So not everything, like being hit by a truck, is the cause of one's own will
or subconscious want or some phantasm of a memory.
It simply is caused by the liberation of chaos because as THE VOID is
possible so is EVERYTHING possible.

The difference is in the control of it. Getting hit by the truck may have
nothing to do with a previous memory or want or need for
something.
