  Yes, this is true, they are both themselves, and one. And to actually
separate them would be a mistake, perhaps it is even impossible. Because in
order to know what is Light (pleasure) you must also know what is Dark
(pain). But you can decide, once you are familiar with them as a whole,
which you would rather experience more.
