Someone once said, 'Pain, it's the fabric of the world. But suffering is optional.'

Pain becomes suffering when we don't look into it.
And watching pain while grounded in awareness
is not the same as dwelling in it for eternity.

That's the whole Issue.
The willingness/unwillingness to Look.

One step doesn't make for a journey.

Logic is a fishbowl.

It's a fool's game to think we've done anything and to invent
successs/unsuccess.

For whom would be 'successful' in realizing no one?

Again, who is trying to 'meditate away' who?
That's not real meditation.

The distraction from the pain.
The folly is that the pain is a call.
A path, if you will.

What is it?

Not if one resists the suffering.
The intensity may diminish with awareness,
but if one makes a goal of getting rid of it,
it will surely increase.

No one ever really knows anyone.

Logic has taken you as far as it can take you.
Some type of kinesthetic/body awareness may be quite helpful..

Like dancing, walking, running, karate...
any body movement/awareness where thinking stops
and you're just doing in the moment,
in the zone.

It's closer than you think
