    I had this wierd expereience at work today. I fold papre, but somtimes I
feel a seperation from what I am doing as if I become a seperate entity from
what my hands are doing. It feels like I am looking out of my head region
like normal, but my hands feel like someone else is dictating their
movements. It is wierd. The other day I had this experience that the world
seemed two demention and I was not totally of this world. Everything that I
saw and felt was through a thin wall of cellaphane membrane wall-thingy. It
is hard to describe but both expereinces have this awareness of being
sepereate to normal hum-drum life reality. Almost as if I am aware that this
isn't the total reality. Either way these sensational moments pass and I
return to normal state. it isn't scarey though, I have learned to welcome
this weirdness.

Anyone out there with similar situations?
